Pre-orders can take between 4-10weeks depending on the size and scale of the prop, wether it is custom, and how many request are in at a time. Christmas season and the summer convention season is the Busy time for replica props. If you are in Need of your order for a specific date or occasion Please email us at shield.labs@mail.com, add a note to seller with your order letting us know. If possible I am more than happy to expedite your order and accommodate. Do note that I will never sacrifice quality for speed in production. This would lead to an outcome no one is happy with, and I assure you higher quality of the prop is worth the wait.
*Please note due to the handfinished nature of the product, scratches/blemishes/imperfections can appear on the prop and are non exchangeable. If there are any issues with a commissioned item when it arrives Please email us directly at shield.labs@mail.com
Store policy applies, orders are NON REFUNDABLE after the first 48 hours of ordering due to the time and materials involved in making the item once the project begins. This is mostly custom work and so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. However within the first 48hours of putting in your order we may not have purchased materials or began on your order, so within that time if you need to cancel an order Please email.
